Starting A Blog

I've decided to start a blog mostly because we are moving out of state, away from our family and friends. I wanted to find a way where the people closest to us, wouldn't feel like they were missing out on our lives, especially Addison. My hope is that you can stop by every so often and catch up on pictures, stories, or just see what we are doing. I probably won't post much for the next few weeks as we are going to be busy with the move, but as soon as we are settled and I have computer access I will try to post every couple of days.

Our Christmas went very well. Jason got to come home for five days and it was great to have him around. We had a nice visit with all of Jason's uncles and my immediate and extended family. My camera had a dead battery half the weekend, so I didn't get as many pictures as I would have liked. I had gotten lazy and was using the rechargeable ones in our TV remotes instead of saving them for the camera. I did discover that 2 brand new non-rechargeable batteries will last about 10 minutes in my digital camera before going dead. Good to know.

P.S. I started the first blog in purple since I'm a Wildcat and I'm moving to Huskerville, I have to try and hang on to my roots! I feel my fingers slipppppiiiinnnngggg.......
